Product Design

Selection of High-Quality Paper
High-quality paper is selected from the warehouse according to the product type and required size. Its thickness, weight and overall quality are checked carefully before it is released for production.
Paper Ruling and Line Printing
The paper is fed into a ruling machine and printed with English, Urdu, mathematics, narrow or other lines required by the school. Special care is taken to keep every line clean, balanced and consistent.
Machine Stitching
The paper is arranged according to the required number of pages and then stitched by machine. Strong, high-quality thread is used to make the notebook durable and long-lasting.
Title and Cover Printing
The title or cover card is printed on a high-quality Heidelberg printing machine. Colour accuracy, image clarity and the beauty of the school branding are carefully maintained.
Lamination
The printed cover is laminated to provide an attractive shine and an additional layer of protection. Lamination helps protect the cover from moisture, dust, scratches and everyday handling.
Strong Binding
The prepared pages are placed accurately inside the cover and bound firmly. High-quality adhesive and a reliable binding method are used to produce a strong and durable notebook or book.
Cutting and Final Finishing
The product edges are trimmed on a modern cutting machine to achieve the required size. Excess paper is removed, giving the finished product a clean, neat and professional appearance.
Quality Inspection
After production, the printing, size, stitching, binding, page order and finishing are checked thoroughly. A quality-control checklist is completed to ensure that no defect remains in the final product.
Safe Packing
All finished products are counted, arranged in suitable quantities and packed securely. Strong packing material is used to prevent bending, dirt or damage during storage and transportation.
Timely Delivery
The packed products are loaded carefully into the delivery vehicle in a safe and organised manner. Every order is delivered on time and in excellent condition to the school, college or academy.
